Quality Philosophy

MEISEI Electric (phils.) Corporation regards the satisfation of customers and contribution to society as a matter of paramount importance in conducting a business of electric/electronic parts/materials processing and assembly. The company is also commited to continous activities for improvement and also an attempt to improve the quality of its products is set as its Quality Philosophy.

Quality Objectives

We ensure to seek continual improvement of the quality of our business operation through the establishment and realisation of a Quality Management System based on the standards/requirements of ISO 9001. Our Quality Objectives are defined as below and shall be carried out to achieve our 'Customers First' Policy.

It is the policy of MEISEI Electric (Phils.) Corporation to supply the best products that are reliable and consistent with the expectation and requirements of its customers through the improvement of its skills.
Company policy is to place the importance of quality as well as regulatory compliance as one of its top priorities. The company also undertakes the responsibility of ensuring that it meets the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, which must be maintained in the best working condition at all times through continuous improvement.
The company prepares a specific quality improvement plan for each fiscal year which includes targeted levels of claims management and delivery date management. Such plans and targets for achievement shall be set and evaluated by each business section to ensure that the quality improvement activities are implemented at all levels within the Company.
Company policies shall be documented and implemented to achieve the quality plans through enlightenment activities including staff training.
The company is comitted to continualy improve the Quality Management System to maintain and upgrade the level of quality improvement activities through periodical internal audit and management review.

Meeting requirements including applicable regulation
Setting and achieving quality objectives at all levels
Upgrading the skill and competencies of the employees

This Quality Policy shall be communicated and understood with the organization, and reviewed periodically for continuing suitability.

Environmental

Meisei Electric (Phils.) Corp. is committed to the protection and preservation of the environment for the future generations. This commitment is applied in conducting business in electric/ electronic industry. We are committed to:

Control consumption of valuable resources, prevention of discharge of wastes and emissions of greenhouse gases and compliance to environmental restricted substance.
Comply to applicable environmental regulations and other requirements to which we subscribe, including environmental demands of our customers.
Establish, implement and improve objectives and targets corresponding to this Environmental Policy.
Train and educate our employees to carry out same level of understanding on our Environmental Management System.
Perform periodic environmental audits and management reviews for the continual improvement of our Environmental Management System.
Ensure availability of this Environmental Policy to interested parties upon request.
